| SUMMER CAMPS 2008 Ages 10 and up Day One Throwing on the Wheel Brian Murphy will Demonstrate the art of throwing on the wheel. You will get to throw two handmade ceramic pieces creating a one-of-a-kind ceramic piece. Day Two Mixing Mediums We will learn how to mix underglazes with overglazes creating a stunning masterpiece Day Three Keepsake Platter Learn how to create those treasured keepsakes great for every occasion. We will learn how to transfer graphics and master the art of writing to make lasting memories. Day Four Meet an Artist & Finishing Up We will explore the array of great artists and paint a ceramic piece with you interpretation of their style of painting. You choose the artist and learn a bit about their painting style Camp sessions are July 22- July 25 or August 19- August 22 The hours are from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm with a half an hour lunch break. Each camper must bring a bag lunch, on the last day we will provide pizza and soda. Cost of Summer Camp is $195.00 per camper. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at sign-up.
