Play with Clay - Tic Tac Toe

Ages 8 and over

Learn the basics of working with clay in this guided step by step workshop. You will create a clay Tic Tac Toe gameboard piece and 10 game pieces. You can make tradition  x's and o's or create little critter pieces like the ones in the picture.

This play with clay class includes two fun visits to Glazey Dayz. The first, March 18th, your child will create the Tic Tac Toe game board and will make critter pieces of their choice, or they can replicate the octupus and whale design in the photo. The class will be led by a dedicated creative assistant that will help your child learn about how to work with clay and to build this piece step by step.  Once they are done, the clay must dry for several days before going in the kiln. It will be fired when dry and your child will come back to the studio on March 25th from 1pm -2pm to paint the board and pieces with their choice of colors.   

Price is for one child and one clay tic, tac, toe playing board and 10 critter playing pieces. Price covers clay, firing, painting, glazing, firing and all studio fees for both visits. (a $41.95 value).   Please note, we do require a minimum number of participants to run this class. If we do have to cancel due to number of participants, you will receive a full refund.
