Coupons

Coupons cannot be used with special pricing, party packages, special events and warm glass as the pricing for these are already reduced. 

 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are redeemable for merchandise and studio fees only at Glazey Dayz. They cannot be redeemed for cash. If a gift certificate is lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced.   The gift certificate card has no expiration date. 

Pickup Policy

Glazey Dayz will hold pieces finished and/or unfinished for 60 days since last visit. After 60 days if not picked up, they will be donated to charity and cannot be replaced.

Party Policy and Information

You may select a date and time for your party up to 6 months in advance. A minimum of 5 days prior to the party is required to insure the proper staffing of your dedicated assistant(s). The base package pricing includes eight (8) painters and can not be modified if the minimum number of painters is not met or do not show up. Add on painters beyond 8 and more party room time may be added for an additional cost. See party details for more information.

Add Ons:

  • $20 for each additional painter over count of 8

  • $15 for additional pizza of 8 slices

  •  $50 per half hour (30 minutes) for additional Party Room time

Not Included:

  • Birthday Cake

  • Additional snacks and food. (You may bring your own)

Cancellation Policy for Parties

If the party host has to cancel the party, the $50 deposit will be forfeited. In the event of an illness or unforeseen event you must contact the studio to reschedule for a later date. 

Cancellation Policy for Events

Events are planned around popular pieces. The class pricing per person is structured differently for groups vs. walk-ins which results in a discounted rate for group events. The discount is based on the number of people working on the same piece at the same time. When you sign up for the class the pieces are reserved for you and no longer available for in-store purchase. Class seats are limited and once full we have had to turn people away. Therefore, if you do not show up for the class there are no refunds and no store credits. It is very important that you understand the policy before you purchase a ticket and that you add it to the calendar as there are no confirmation calls made prior to the event. Tickets are not refundable but they are transferable to another participant for the same dates and times only.

If an event is cancelled by Glazey Dayz due to weather or other related reasons, you will receive a refund for the class. 

In the event of an unforeseen emergency you may be able to complete your piece at a later date in studio. For this consideration, you need to contact Glazey Dayz and speak with Heather at least two hours prior to the class start time. If it is agreed that store credit will be applied the following guidelines apply:

  • The project specific piece from the event will be held up to 30 days from the original event date

  • Walk-in to the studio to paint the piece at your convenience 

  • Complete painting within 30 days of the event date

  • Regular studio fees will be applied for the time you are painting in studio (pricing is structured differently for group vs. in studio)

  • If not completed within 30 days the class credit is no longer valid and the reserved pieces will be donated to charity and cannot be replaced or refunded. ​

We reserve the right to cancel an event if the minimum number of participants is not met.  In the event of a cancellation you will receive an email the evening before the scheduled event was planned to take place. Event cancellations will also be shared on Facebook.

Reservation of Ceramic Pieces

Due to the limited quantities of some of our most popular pieces, we follow a first come, first served practice. We will not hold pieces for customers but we do have a Reservation Policy. If a customer wants to reserve specific pieces, they may do so by calling the store and prepaying. The prepaid pieces will be held.
