This lighted haunted mansion is a brand new item. It's 8 inches high, 6 inches wide and 3.5 inches deep.  It would make a great decoration for your mantle or side table.  It comes complete with the light kit.
 
Pricing (+tax) covers one ceramic piece, glazing and firing and electrical lighting kit. This pricing does not include paint which you need to order seperately. If you purchase on-line (to reserve) and choose to paint in studio, this pricing does not cover studio fees. Studio fees include the paint required to paint the piece
