Service Description

Please note we require a minimum of 7 days notice for booking parties so that we have adequate staff. Ages: 4 years up to 16 Pricing: - $275.00 for up to eight (8) painters. Each painter over count of 8 is an additional $25.95. - $50 non refundable deposit at booking (applied to party cost). - Please Note: When you check out, the "Balance Due" will not represent any additional expenses if there are over 8 painters. Please keep this in mind as the total at check out after the party will also include any additional ADD ONS (painters, pizza, time in party room) Includes: - Designated space in our Open Studio for 1 1/2 Hours for your party only. - Dedicated Creative Assistant Setup to Cleanup - Vast Selection of Party Animals to choose from (Please note: If you would prefer a different ceramic piece or choice for your party this can be accommodated. Just call the studio and speak with Heather to discuss options and pricing differential). - 1 Slice of Pizza and one juice box or bottle of water per painter. - Each additional Cheese pizza (12 slices) is $28.95 Toppings are additional - Paper Goods - Paints, Tools, Glazing and Firing - Hand-painted Signed Keepsake for Guest of Honor - Individual wrapped party pieces (7 days for pickup) - Printable Invitations ADD ONS: - $25.95 for each additional painter over count of 8 (NOT TO EXCEED 16 at this time due to CDC Guidelines) - $28.95 for additional pizza of 12 slices and beverages Not Included: - Birthday Cake - Additional snacks or beverages

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Parties If this is a party, and the party host has to cancel the party, the $50 deposit will be forfeited. In the event of an illness or unforeseen event you must contact the studio to reschedule for a later date. Please see our Store Policies. If this is a Table Reservation that is being cancelled the reservation fee will be forfeited.
